Returns:
Items may be returned within 14 days of the order's shipping date at the buyer's expense. Credit will not be given for the original postage.  Refunds will be made using the same payment method that was used for the order. Returned merchandise must be in new, unopened condition and must be accompanied by:

• Reason for return.
• A copy of the order invoice -OR- order confirmation email.

Damaged Goods:
Please notify us within 3 days of receipt of your order. We can be reached at the location and numbers below. To expedite your claims, please have your invoice or order confirmation email, and payment method handy as we will need this information.

Shipping:
Orders will ship UPS Ground or USPS. Addresses to P.O. Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska or APOs will ship USPS.
As a general rule, UPS Ground service delivery times average.

• California to New York approximately 7-8 working days.
• California to Chicago approximately 4-5 working days
• California to Seattle approximately 2-4 working days.
